Doctors Care is on sale for $199 per month for a 12-month subscription and includes 12-hour emergency care and a 24-hour access to a hospital network.

Doctors Care also offers $1,500 in “pre-payment assistance” to patients and $25,000 for those who have a $100,000 pre-existing condition.

The app will be available in English and Spanish starting Oct. 31.

“Dr. Care provides you with a single source of information, including emergency care, to ensure you have the best care at the most affordable rate,” the company said in a press release.

The doctor’s office will not charge a fee to cover the cost of the service.

The company says it’s working with hospitals, insurance companies and other health care providers to expand its network.

“This new subscription model will provide a way to stay in touch with your doctors for all of the critical health issues they care about,” the app’s description reads.

“You will also have access to over 2,000 hospital emergency room visits, more than 200,000 laboratory tests, and more than 50,000 imaging and pathology tests.”

The app is a follow-up to the $99.99 Dr. Care for iPhone and iPad that the company announced in April.

Dr. Nick is one of a handful of Apple apps that will also offer free access to the network, but that will only be available to iPhone users.

The new app will allow iPhone users to receive free access in the U.S. and Canada and will cost $10 per month.
